    Placed an order and never received my item. Contacted customer service and was advised that it was returned and that they would refund me. I had to pay for shipping on an item I never received. When I contacted the post office they advised that package was opened and not deliverable and that’s why they returned it.

    Hi Jennifer, The package was returned to us unopened with a label from the post office stating "not deliverable as addressed" which we had taken a picture of and sent you. Then when we asked if we could send to a different address you said that there was not a different address which left us no alternative but to refund the order minus the shipping because it was sent to an undeliverable address. We apologize for any confusion but we can only send to accurate addresses.
