I accidentally entered the wrong address...Can I change it?
As long as your order has not shipped. Simply call us at 800-296-4493 and provide your order number.
Can I add a special message if it is a gift?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate special requests which can be added by including notes within the cart upon checkout or calling us at 800-296-4493
What are your shipping fees?
Orders are calculated using your desired level of shipping service.
International orders may incur Custom Duties on top of shipping rates which we have no way to calculate. If in the event you reject packages at Customs or not willing to pay courier such as UPS or DHL upon attempted delivery then the package will be abandoned and not refunded.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order’s status by logging into your account and going to My Orders. Once your order has shipped, we’ll drop you an email letting you know it’s on its way. That email will include tracking information.
What are your shipping times?
We typically ship within 24 hours of your order.
However please anticipate shipping to be within 1 to 3 business days after ordering and during the holiday season orders can be delayed up to 4 to 5 business days. However, we do our best in getting the orders shipped in a timely manner. But please reach out to us by calling 800.296.4493 if you need to make a special date.
If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address?
We will do our best to change address prior to the shipping order.
If the order is shipped and then returned to our warehouse we will have to charge for shipping the order to a valid address
If the order is shipped and then returned and we are unable to reach you the order the items will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
