    If for any reason an item you have purchased from IH Gear does not meet your satisfaction, you may return or exchange that item within 30 days of the delivery date.  For all returns you will need to contact our customer service department at (800) 296-4493 before we can accept any returned merchandise.  The following conditions must be met:

    • Item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, un-altered (pre-shipped) condition
    • Original tags must be attached
    • Return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility
    • Requests must be made within five (5) business days of delivery date (this is waived during the Holiday Season)
    • Shipping Fees are non-refundable
    • All returns must have prior approval by our customer service department
    • Any International Shipments returned because the mail courier was unable to collect Custom Fees or wrong address was provided then your return will be subject to additional charges related to the return of shipment.

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a credit back to the customer in the form of payment that the original order was received (Paypal, credit card, etc).
