    Way cool gift!

Got it for my son, former 11B, US Army, Iraq 06-07, 08-09. LEO since 2012. We purchased a M1 Garand from CMP when he got out in 2012. Went with one of the better grades. We we very pleased when we opened the case a found a beautiful 1954 IH with matching barrel and stock in very nice shape as well. It is a great shooter and he is very proud of the quality and heritage of the rifle.
I used to love to get the die cast and steel IH toys back in the 50s and 60s at the Dealer. Had pretty much all of them, tractors, hay wagons and I think my favorite was the manure spreader. I really liked how it actually worked! Wasn't so much fun though when I had to start using a real one behind an old Farmall Cub when I was 12 or 13. Midwest heat and humidity, ripe manure...Ha, ha. Good times. Learned the best ever example of, "Patience is a Virtue". Figured I could run it in 3rd gear at 3/4 or more throttle and get done really fast...Nope, that just showed me how to get a total manure shower real quick! Thanks for all of the fantastic things IH has done for America over the years! Feeding billions, defending Freedom, the Scout, Scout II, multiple pick-ups, and truck chassis (don't get me started on the multiple IH firetrucks I used in my 23 year Firefighter days). Hope you all had a great 4th of July!
P.S. Fun fact. As kids we used to be able to identify whose farm was whose by two things: A Funk's Hybrid or a Dekalb seed sign on the corner post at the section road and whether the tractors in the field were green or red!

    Hi there,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review for our M1 Crossed Rifle Tee. We're thrilled to hear that it made for a 'way cool gift' for your son. It sounds like he has quite the impressive background and we're grateful for his service in both the military and as a law enforcement officer.

We're also happy to hear that your family has a deep appreciation for the quality and heritage of the M1 Garand rifle. It's always a pleasure to hear from fellow IH enthusiasts, and we loved reading about your childhood memories with the die cast and steel toys.

Thank you for sharing your fun fact about identifying farms by the signs and tractors. We hope you and your family had a wonderful 4th of July as well.

Thank you again for your review and for your support of IH over the years. We truly appreciate it.

Awesome shirt with great graphics! My 1st M1 Garand was an IHC, purchased in 1983! Still have it, and it’s a great shooter!
