When I first received the mudflaps I thought for sure I would have to cut them down. I purchased a set of hangers used for flatbeds and modified those to fit the truck. At 24" wide they give excellent coverage.

Quality is great haven't had time to get them on my truck but I did dry fit them they are going to look great on my f250 flat bed

It says 1" stabalizing bars and I assumed that meant the metal plate to put behind the bolts, It means the flap is thicker around bolted area. No big deal.
. Could be a little thicker in my opinion but look very well made and should last. Plus USA made best of all.
