Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the shirts didn’t meet your expectations. Our product description does specify that the design is screen-printed rather than embroidered, and we strive to keep that information as clear as possible. We’ve offered these high-quality shirts for many years and stand by their craftsmanship, but of course your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’d like to return your order, just let us know and we’ll be happy to walk you through the process.
