We not only made these mud flaps out of 100% ¼" rubber, but left them rectangular so you can easily trim to custom fit your truck which allows for the most protection from mud and rocks without any voids.
When I first received the mudflaps I thought for sure I would have to cut them down. I purchased a set of hangers used for flatbeds and modified those to fit the truck. At 24" wide they give excellent coverage.

Not cheap thin rubber. Logos are centered and decent quality for the price. Very happy with them!
