Successes & Industry Firsts: International Harvester 1940-1980
The legacy of International Harvester often focuses on the lasting memories of the distinctive red farm machinery. Collectors and restorers have done remarkable work in keeping the IH brand alive. This book, from best-selling author of The Breakup, Paul Wallem, shines a light on the many successful products developed by IH between 1940-1980, some that were "industry firsts." Included are never before published photos and stories about the design and development of IH products, including the top-secret Axial-Flow combine project.
The book was not for me, I own a Newsagency in Condobolin NSW and one of my customers is an enthusiast of IH and I ordered the book as a community service, he has only just puicked it up and seemed happy with his purchase.
My husband is very thrilled with this book. It arrived in excellent condition and it is a niece piece to his collection

Love this book. Full of amazing pictures and design sketches. I have spent lots of time reading about the different tractors. Wish they had a book on the international plows that fit the different tractors
